It normally takes 1 business day for a number to transfer but sometimes it can take a bit longer for all the systems to talk to each other and transfer the number over. We’ll let you know when the transfer's complete. If your request falls over a bank holiday, it’ll take slightly longer because we’re all having a BBQ, feel free to pop by.
