If you have requested your PAC number from your current provider and provided that number to us here at Slice, you don’t need to let your current provider know anything separately.

Or if you use the text-to-switch service, you don’t need to let them know. We will be the middleman and deliver the news to them. Text PAC to 65075 (if you’re keeping your current number) or STAC to 75075 (if you’re leaving your number behind).

We also advise settling any outstanding balances with your current provider when you switch. You don’t want to be haunted by your old mobile network, unless you’re into that spooky stuff.
