We get it. Sometimes you just need a break.
If you pause your plan, which you can do in the Plan section in the app, you won’t be charged for your next monthly payment.
You will no longer be auto renewed onto a new plan whilst your account is paused. You can still use all the data remaining on your current plan.
And here’s the not-so-great news - if you don’t restart you plan within 90 days (our grace period), you’ll lose your progress toward your next cash back tier. Sweet baby cheeses that isn’t good.
Whilst you’re paused you can still receive incoming calls and texts for the next 6 months, however if you don’t unpause in this time we’ll have to close your account and recycle the number. Like an empty can.
