What happens if I choose not to auto-renew my plan?

We’ll wait for sunset and stand outside your window holding a boombox, playing our ‘Give us a second chance’ playlist.

We will also give you a reminder 2 days before the month ends. If, for any reason, you miss the renewal, your plan will be cancelled. If you want to become a Slicer again we can still find it in our heart to accept you back, just go back into the Slice app and select a new plan.

And here’s the not-so-great news - if you don’t auto-renew you plan within 90 days (our grace period), you’ll lose your progress toward your next cash back tier. Sweet baby cheeses that isn’t good.

If we don’t hear from you in 6 months, we’ll assume you’ve moved on and find a new home for your number. We’ll miss you, but no hard feelings. Like in that movie about lions, it’s all about the circle of life.
