What happens to my cashback progress if I cancel my plan?

Customers progress through the cashback tiers based on 12 consecutive months of uninterrupted service.

If you miss a payment and do not resolve it within 24 hours, then we'll give you a 90 day grace period before losing your cashback tier progression.

If you renew your subscription within these 90 days, you will keep your progression to the cashback tier you were working towards.
