That’s always a stinker. If your device is lost or stolen, you can still manage your account by contacting our Help Team via live chat on our website and asking to cancel or pause your plan.

It isn't possible to remotely delete the eSIM from the device, but you can transfer your plan to your new device by performing an eSIM swap via our Help Team. This way you can hold onto your number rather than being allocated a new one. Thoughts and prayers.
