How do I manually connect to an international roaming network?

If your phone’s being lazy, here’s how to give it a nudge:

For iPhone users:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Tap Mobile Service and select your Slice eSIM

  3. Tap Network Selection

  4. Turn Automatic off

  5. Wait for networks to appear

  6. Try each available network one at a time until one connects

For Android users:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Go to Connections or Network & Internet (varies by device)

  3. Tap SIMs or Mobile Networks

  4. Select your Slice eSIM

  5. Turn off Automatically Select Network

  6. Wait for available networks

  7. Try each network until one connects

Australia - Telstra

Canada - Rogers Wireless/Telus

Turkey - Turk Telecom

UAE - du Mobile

USA - T-Mobile

Brazil - Claro BRA

Brazil - AT&T

Eqypt - Plus

Japan - Docomo

Malaysia - Umobile

Morocco - Inwi

New Zealand - One NZ

South Africa - Vodacom

Switzerland - Salt

Thailand - AIS

Singapore - Singtel

Tunisia - Orange TN

Vietnam - Vietnamobile

Norway - Telenor
