When you onboard to our service via the mobile app, you'll be able to install a Slice eSIM:
For both iOS and Android, we provide a 'one click installation' process within the app
A new eSIM will be generated and installed on your phone
Once installed, you'll be provided with a list of options on your device.
If you have another SIM (or eSIM) in your device, you'll need to prioritise which SIM is used for calls, text and data. Follow the instructions onscreen to do this.
Once you’ve completed the on-screen steps, your eSIM will be fully activated and ready to use.
