What are the rules for groups?
To keep groups working smoothly and fairly for everyone, here are the key rules:
Membership Requirements:
All members must have active, paid plans with Slice Mobile
Members with failed payments or inactive plans may be suspended from the group after a 7-day grace period
Group Size Limits:
Groups can have a maximum of 5 members
Once a group reaches its maximum, no new members can be invited.
Invitations & Timing:
When you receive an invitation, you have 7 days to accept it before it expires
Once accepted, you join the group straight away
Leaving & Rejoining:
You must complete your minimum billing period before leaving a group
After leaving, your discount continues for a grace period
Once the grace period ends, you can then then join a new group
You cannot join multiple groups at the same time
Group Management:
Any group member can invite new people to join
You can view all group members in the Group Hub
Groups automatically end when the last member leaves
Remember: These rules exist to make sure everyone in the group gets a fair and genuine discount. We rely on all members having active plans and staying in good standing with Slice Mobile.
