What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails (it’s ok, it happens to the best of us) then follow these simple steps:

1. We'll send you a notifcation email to let you know that we couldn't take payment (you have until midnight to pay to continue your month plan).

2. Log into the app and there will be a notice on your dashboard, follow the steps to get your plan back up and running.
